Carolina changed my life. And I don't say that lightly. I had been suffering with infections and health issues for over a year that my doctors couldn't seem to diagnose or cure. I would just get a new round of antibiotics every time. I then started to read up on gut health and knew I needed help. Her education got me excited about food, and she would give me quick and easy recipes because I hate cooking. She got me back into exercising, which was so easy to do because I had energy for the first time in years! I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism more than 10 years ago and have been on chronic medication since, and Carolina was the first one to tell me that I was taking my medication incorrectly.
